Duterte bids to retain power in Philippines
Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has accepted his party’s endorsement to run for vice president in next year’s election. He is legally barred from seeking another term as president and critics say he is seeking the second-highest position to stay in power beyond his term. Al Jazeera reports in this YouTube video.
