At the Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools’ Board of Education organizational meeting, the Board re-elected Diane Boyko as its chair. The Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools administers St. Dominic and St. Augustine Schools in Humboldt.
“It’s an honour to be entrusted to the position of chair by my fellow trustees,” said Boyko. “I look forward to representing our board and the families we serve in this way. An important role of Catholic education is to be examples of Jesus to those we meet—examples of love, inclusion and service.”
Ron Boechler was re-elected vice-chair for the Board. Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools is Saskatchewan’s largest Catholic school division, providing Catholic education from pre-kindergarten through Grade 12 in Saskatoon and area, Biggar, Humboldt, Martensville and Warman.
