Afghans’ plight overshadows first day of Eid
Afghans are marking the first day of the Eid al-Fitr holiday at the end of the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan. But many can’t afford to celebrate because of extreme poverty, famine, high unemployment and the threat of more bomb attacks. Al Jazeera reports in this YouTube video.
