President Donald Trump pushed federal health officials to get moving on approving the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine that an advisory committee signed off on Thursday, blasting the bureaucratic process on Twitter as a “big, old, slow turtle.” White House Deputy Press Secretary Brian Morgenstern talked to reporters today outside the West Wing saying shots could go into arms starting Monday. Meanwhile Presumptive President-Elect Joe Biden announced names to work in his administration including his choice for director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, Susan Rice, who served as President Barack Obama’s national security adviser and U.N. ambassador.
